The next pillar is mental and emotional. If I don't feel good emotionally then no matter what I do in the other areas for self-care I'm just not going to feel better no matter what so how does this impact our overall well-being? We know like our mental health is so important so what can we do to support ourselves each day? This is really important because I find that a lot of people know things about mental health they could probably tell you some statistics but when it comes to actually being aware of their own mental health there's an issue.
