How to Navigate a Change in Relationship

Caroline: I have a good friend I met at a previous job and left that job for a similar job that pays twice as much. She recruited my friend to work at my new job and I was just promoted to team lead which will go into effect in July and will make me her friends supervisor. Do you have any advice on how to navigate this change? Tammy: You've got to have this conversation and you've got to say hey things are different now these are the parameters and the boundaries that we're going to put in place so that you know if you want to remain friends y'all can remain friends but let's put some boundaries in place, Caroline says.
