On December 2, 2013, Tanya was arrested for the second time and this time she was charged with 61 additional counts of arson. Her trial would take place across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Norfolk, Virginia. The first trial took place on January 13, 2014. Charlie said what he'd sort of been saying all along, which was that he hadn't wanted to light these fires. He still loved her. He was sorry, but that they had done this together.
