Super foods will vary from person to person. Not one person's super food can be a another person's cript to night. There are foods that are nutrient dense, there are feo foods that we know generally have a positive eptic in somebody's body. If it makes you feel super keep going. I made a joke, super foods, if it makes you feels shitty, maybe it’s not your super food and you shouldn't force yourself to pass a threshold with it.
