Niebuhr was on the cover of Time Magazine. He could be white male Midwestern Protestant theologian who had such a privileged voice. Martin Luther King's religious writings and some of his sermons have partly because he was a student. We need to open our imaginations about what the NiebUhr of our day will look like, says John Sutter.
