People who are non linear thinkers will excel verse a linear type thinker, says Bruce bringste. Intelligence becomes a better predictor of performance on sub stack or anything else - and you can measure the performance quite well as well. Most young people now, they're not looking for the job they're going to get. It will allow people to kind of find their genetic niche to greater extent,. But then, of course, with the freedom comes the anxiety.
