Even something gentle is moving your body a little bit. You may need some B vitamins to help. It's sometimes you're too sensitive for that. Even someone who's super heat sensitive, I've done really well in the infrared sauna. We want to move our body continuously throughout the day. That's where I find it most beneficial.
