The Role of Trusted Service Workers in AA

The true leaders in AA are but trusted and experienced servants of the whole. They derive no real authority from their titles, they do not govern. Universal respect is the key for their usefulness. And there's no king or queen of AA for a day or a year. That's it. Your job is to serve. We don't have any royalty or titles. The continuity is the most important. My feelings are not more important than a running fine.
