Solar and Ground Source Heat Pumps - It's Totally Unbelievable

People of my age who've got a bit of spare cash are spending on solar batteries, heat pumps. I mean, it is unbelievable the level of this is and I'm talking the comfortably off middle classes. We've seen houses built where the average power bill still today is under 10 pounds a month. And when you know that that can happen, it's just like, how dare builders build a house with no insulation, gas heaters and no charging for cars? It's criminal, they should be arrested and punished.
