Anglo-American law used to be drawing from a wellspring of classical legal thought that was ultimately stemmed from European Roman and canon law. We've fallen away from that participation recently, just probably around the interwar period between World War I and World War II. In our attempt is to revive this and to see how to understand the constitution in that regard.
