The liberal international order is essentially a theoretical framework which argues that the liberalization of international relations will increase the likelihood of mutual gain. Under pinning this liberalinternational order is the openness of markets, where states trade in exchange and the basis of mutualgain. This system is rules based, with laws applying equally to all parties,. Problems are solved collectively through inclusive multiplactoral organization such as the world trade organization and the united nations. But it's not how it works. I think this liberal institutionalism didn't fit the case of china.
