You have to push the edge very slightly each day to eventually uplift yourself into those more uplifting self beliefs. So this is where the pivot comes back in. You don't have to love yourself immediately, but when you have those self loathing thoughts,. When you notice that thought, how can you forgive yourself for that thought? And as we do this again and again and again, we slowly create a new imprint. Your body gets on board at each step and is like, yep, i can accept that yet. That feels all right. It becomes a lot easier than to reach for some of the high vibrational thoughts in an authentic way.
