The Relationship Between Money and Time
Biccoin is a decentralised version of the Bitcoin network, with nodes distributed all over the world. It takes about ten minutes for each block to be propagated and that's what was chosen for bic coin. If you go faster than that, it means your payment system could get wrecked by some sort of corruptible thing or centralized point of failure. The perfect number has been set at 10 minutes per block in order not to wreck payments like that.
