What Is Your Uncle's Contribution to Science and Engineering?
My uncle was at Caltech and was involved in the early days of the Jet Propulsion Lab. He studied thermodynamics with a famous professor there named Theodore von Karmen. His fame and notoriety made it much more difficult for our family to get citizenship. So I've tried in my life to take a much more relaxed attitude about having famous relatives like the head of the Chinese science program or a Nobel Prize winning brother.
