The New Doomsday Scenario for the Nordstream One Pipeline
The nord stream on the pipe line that supplies natural gas from russia to europe was shut down for maintenance scheduled maintenance. The canadians were not allowed to repair it and sent it back to russia because of ill conceived western sanctions. Because of sanctions, the equipment that's needed to start the thing back up is kind of stuck in canada. But we'll see what happens. I do think though, that it will probably be delayed beyond july 20. Second that will probably lead to a lot of panic and specula that this is the big moment. We still have evidence of a very tight physical market.
