If you get into a bad habit or, you know, a bad cycle of not sleeping enough, I can go for like three or four or five days on not enough sleep. And then like Friday comes and I'm useless. What's not enough sleep for you? I would say I'm good at like seven to eight hours. That's actually how they define sleep deficiency, by the way. You're sleep deprived if dot dot dot seven hours, seven hours of the cutoff. If you're under seven, they can seriously deprived you plus seven, they say you're okay. There's big sliding scale as you go from under six to under four. Right.
