Crowdsourcing and the Innovation Tournament

i think crowd sourcing need structure in a well designed innovation tournament. And then people are much more able to figure out, ok, is this a viable idea? What are the appropriate parometers? And then you also have a time line. Usually people get just a couple of weeks to and then over time,. they get feedback, and they can iterate and refine. I wonder what makes you think we need more incentives for innovation? That's an interesting question.
