God's Sovereignty and Human Responsibility in the Bible

Paul is addressing the problem of Jewish unbelief. He says what shall we say then? And rather than focusing again on God's election as he did last week in chapter 9, he's focusing on human responsibility this week. So first, Israel's ignorance.
