How to Handle Autonomy in Fractals
In fractal, no one ever tells anybody to come. If you are pushing them to come and scolding them for not coming on a Saturday or a Sunday that will be because I'm no longer in charge. Autonomy is like, I should be, I should feel like I'm my boss. It is my discretionary time. I will spend it the right in the way that I want to. You work with those and people and give people the flexibility and the freedom to decide their workday. Then you'll see a lot more commitment and people will be happy even if they have to work on the weekends or if they haveto, or work on holidays to get the job done.
