The Importance of Nutrition in Training

So many guys want to be shredded and they want it at the same time. The problem with this is that they will crash their calories just like we women have been stereotyped to do. And then they keep the training level where it's at or increase it. That will lead them to feeling like awful. So it really is bringing their calories up to be able to perform in the gym to build the muscle they want because they are just as guilty of lowering calories and increasing their output.
