Are You a Pragmatist or a Pessimist?

I like to see myself as a pragmatist. I think there's some really amazing work, especially around accountability, happening right now at a large scale. And honestly, the fact that we're even having this conversation, and that your podcast exists and that arc podcast exists ays thing,. Because five years ago or six years ago, these conversations weren't happening at the level that they're happening. So i do think there's a lot of reasons to be hopeful.
