The early days was very little in the way of software development. Ironically, given that we have two technical co-founders, it was really just about trying to understand customers. I probably personally interviewed something in the range of five or six hundred potential customers and just manually converted them through phone calls. We learned so much about people's backgrounds, why they want to use this product.
