Alpha Oscillations in the Brain

I wouldn't think of alpha as sort of the long haul frequency, but maybe sort of a, you have maybe circuits involving certain cortical regions and the thalamus. And I think this is an idea that has also gained new prominence partly through work. So probably we're talking about, about loops that are not strictly local. so it's maybe unlike, unlike some fast gamma acting activity.
