The Three Step Process for Deep Learning Models

Most people follow a three step process and they might do this explicitly if they're an agent or they're an appraiser, or they do it implicitly just in their heads. The first step is to select comparable sales, homes that have sold nearby that they think are similar. And then the third step is they take a weighted average of a couple of adjusted comp prices. We expose information about each of those steps to our end user. That allows them, again, to trust the process more and to provide us really useful targeted feedback where they can say things like, hey, this comp that you used, it's actually not very similar to my home.
