I've seen it from both those sides and I think that ultimately really led me to starting plume and going on that journey as an entrepreneur. Have you worked as a physician and practices for a long time, and in particular federally qualified health centers and government funded practices? You know I saw that while as a system that helps many. There are many people in my community who were falling to the cracks and felt like I needed to go outside that that system to a certain extent so that's an introduction to that answered that question.
