Is a Decision Reversible or Highly Consecutive?

If you want to be right, you have to be somebody who changes your mind a lot. The beses had something along these to right, where he's like, people who don't change their mind are wrong. I met japesos a few years ago. And he said, basically two questions. One is, is this decision reversible? And the other is, how consequential is it? How high are the stakes? and i've thought about this in terms of another two by two.
