The Five Elements of Happiness

My model of happiness includes the acronym SPIRE and these are the five elements of happiness. Spiritual well-being can be about a sense of meaning and purpose it can be about being mindful spiritual well-being then there is physical well-being that's about nutrition and about exercise about rest and recovery. Relational well-being number one predictor of happiness quality time we spend with people we care about and who care about us, emotional well-being  about learning to deal with painful emotions such as sadness such as anxiety or cultivating pleasurable emotions like joy, gratitude and love.
