The Planned and Plain Side of 9-11

The FADF plenary concluded on June 23, late last week. This is the first full year of the two-year term of President Kumar of Singapore. They want improvement of interagency coordination of significant events and possibly designating a lead federal agency. And they also say something that I think we all grapple with and that's understanding open source information.
