i wonder if part of that is, if you start combining these things to a sertntent earlier about the notion that research shows that as you get later on in your years, you tend to be the average person. As long as it's not too extreme, because you are not sick yourself, for example, then this, this has positive effects on us. So lets the denuesem take from om care giving. And i love that you had that qualifier, that, you know, it were talking about a level of care giving that you're capable of giving,. rather than it actually really draining you physically or emotionally to a point where it then becomes unhealthy or destructive on some level
