The Rational Actor Model

The rational actor model was a driver for pa andand it was kind of heavily weightedto control the nuclear powers in their interactions with each other. I think we need to internalize and figure out what a rational actor model is for us domestically, because i don't see a lot of rational actors. A lot of screaming, rioting, outrageous claims on the inner neta disinformation, just flat lies and all this kind of stuff. Think the the rational actor model has totally broken down. Andi, it just sounds like it's going to need to be the people who step up andfigure out what they need to ask for in order to get it.
