The Kingdom of Heaven Is Spaciousness
Who you are is the presence. That's what jesus tried to point to. The buddha calls it emptiness as the essence. But i would suggest another translation of that term. I would gest spaciousness or formlessness. And so to sense that in yourself, that is liberation. Eventually your sense of identity is not derived any more from the person.
