Is There a Way to Add More Video and Audio Tracks?
Currently you're limited to three video tracks and three audio tracks. There's a possibility of adding more tracks. But whether we can add more depends on what future devices can handle in real time. We could probably add another track on an iPad Pro, for instance. You might see some apps advertising that they do unlimited layers. In fact, in all cases that I know of, they're doing one layer of 4K. And the remainder of the layers can only hold lower resolution clips. That might make sense to a technician, but not to creative editor.
