The Fed's Wary of Dollar Squeezes
The Federal Reserve typically is very wary of dollar squeezes when the DXY shoots higher like it did in 2014 during the Taper tantrum. Danielle: I think that they would whip open those swap lines if need be while tightening if they have to. We've seen currencies absolutely throw up. That's the biggest market in the world. To their effects everywhere. And all this is being traded and all this is leveraged.
