What Happened to the Last Quake?

i was on the sixth floor of a hotel in japan. The whole building was shifting like this, like that. Anybody would get ill if they weren't used to it. I hear that's a very common thing for Japan. We're also used to four-point earthquakes because we have jurassic parco water.
