Are You Compelled to a Higher Purpose?
I think, like, it wasn't that one of Richard's points, right, that most people aren't seeking some self-transcendent, you know, higher purpose or something. Most people are relatively content to get by and if they lack social connections, I think,like, they can feel some kind of void within them. They just feel this sort of vague sense of lack. And so the striving for meaning is much more of a sort of an affluent, educated person thing.
