Is the Federal Government to Blame?
The U.S. has spent $23 trillion on fighting poverty, but could have done it for the same amount in 50 years if we had put more money into infrastructure and programs that help people who make their livelihoods off of those funds. The politicians are not entirely to blame because they don't think like an economist, says President Obama. "In order not to be played, you have to think differently," he adds.
