The Idea of a New City?
In plan naturally, we are going to ignore the orientation of the sun. It's very two dimensional thinking. He doesn't say why he does this. Well, what he talks about is, i think it's kind of expressed by some of these diagrams that he has. But basically, it's the idea that instead of its being a car driven development, it would be based around nodal transport things.
