CFP2 and CFP Fraud

CFP2 and CFP fraud can be tried out on the compiler explorer. There is not documentation yet because it's not intended to be people trying to use it. The best documentation is the main GitHub page to read me there, and including the links to the talk. I think it's great that we're having these discussions about what would doing a major evolution of C++ look like. How do we direct its evolution and get the best result for all C ++ programmers? That's going to be our big challenge.
