The Appeal of Category Theory to Me

I think what's happening is that when you are studying something and you get it, then you actually get some kind of endorphin rush in your brain, right? And you get addicted to it. There are some addicts who have to, you know, get high on mathematics. Because I mean, there's a lot of hard work,. You know, like when I read a paper on category theory written by mathematicians, they don't put pictures in many publications. So you have to do it on the side diagrams, commuting diagrams, that's all.
