Is There a Revolution in Property Law?

Consitent law thinks it's the law of the block chain, and proper law think it's theLaw of the tokens. So in that world, we would say everything that you describe could happen in a real, existing community or government. In my world, your story makes perfect sense. And we also always assume that it's true, even though we might not always talk about it, except when there's revolution in the air. But i'm definitely not surprised that constitutional law has similar vocabulary for these kinds of things.
