The idea was inspired by the bankruptcy process. The way it was structured was that we would assume everyone was going to take all of the money at the start. And then if people didn't claim the total amount by the end of that time period, they could also claim what was left of the unclaimed assets for a ratta. That increased returns from most investors by about 50% because there was so much dead capital and that project.
