Silanthropus Tudensis
silanthropus tudensis is around six to seven million years old. It may be directly ancestral to chimpanzees, or at least closely related to the ancestral line of human evolution. Some claim that this animal may not even be direct ancestral to any of the living great apes. Scientists are surprised at how human like the hands are compared to other prehistoric fossils of a similar age and indeed of more recent age too.
