When you look at how much of their total revenue is made up of new customer revenue or turning customer revenue, there's this massive amount of returning customer revenue in the business. When somebody buys, if they spend $1 today over the next year, they're going to spend another dollar 50, which is like a huge increase. And so immediately when I'm looking at that brand, I'm stopping going, huh, what is going on here? Why is there so much returning customer revenue and what does that mean?
