Leadership - You Know What, You're Not Going to Share It With Others

Leadership is driven by one of two things: fear or love. In a business context, love will look like seeing the world as a place of opportunity and ity rather than scarcity. Fear can be triggered when we sense that our status, our reputation or our livelihood is under threat. Instead of reacting to the fear, use that warning flag to choose to lead from a place of love. We start to access what i call the collective genius of people around us instead of focusing on ourselves.
