To really have an emotional transfer of vision, the teams got to feel a closeness,. A sense of disconnection leaders is not emotionally transferring. It in fact is the exact opposite. He says when you're sitting here having this conversation about emotionally transferring a vision and you're going, Mark, I feel super disconnected from where we are right now.
