The Impact of Liz Truss on the UK Bond Market
Liz Truss has taken the blame for everything that's been going on. She wanted to introduce this tax cut and spend you plenty like, but then all of a sudden the bar market goes haywire twothings. If there was no leverage in the system, there wouldn't be margin calls. So did she do the right thing? No. Was it a bad plan rollout? Sure. But why aren't we talking about any of these pension fund managers that use leverage in thesystem to help kind of exacerbate this? And that's my problem with the whole thing.
