If you want to persuade people or get along with them, try looking at it from their point of view. Social skill and the ability to live and work in a politically and morally diverse environment is going to be one of the super powers of the 20 first century. We do need scientifically backed information that's reliable, and then over time, it kind of seeps into policy, into people's consciousness.
