The Hygiene Hypothesis

I hear that emalers problem. I respect the reality of their discomfort with my kitchen hygiene, but i am not going to change what i do because this is a them problem, not a me problem. How i cook on camera is not unduly hazardous, and i do not believe i am setting a bad example for anyone. If anything, we're getting too clean in the highly developed world except for when there's a new, highly contagious, poorly understood and sometimes deadly virus sweeping the entire world. When that scenario happens, normally hypochondriacal germophobes suddenly freak out and refuse to take temporary, reasonable precautions because freedom.
