Why do you buy 60, 70% of the company? Not 100% typically. The management is incentivized to do a good job and they like it when we offer this opportunity for them to stay on. They prefer us as a buyer to people who don't offer that. If you have a well-performing business, increasing profits every year with a good margin, and they stay on or incentivized, it's good for us. Well, especially when you're buying across so many different sectors.
