Student Debt Relief - I Don't Support It

I did not support large scale a student a debt relief because i thought it was using federal resources to make transfers hundreds of billions of dollars. I would have liked those resources put to better use, helping people who were poorer and more in need. If this is our biggest mistakea, we will be doing very well. This is several hundred million dollars over ten years. What we did in 20 21 was several trillion dollars over one year. We just need to keep perspective on the scale of this.
